Union Square Transportation Study Community Meeting
Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone, Alderman Maryann Heuston, and Alderman Tom Taylor invite you to:
Union Square Transportation Study and Plan Community Meeting
At the meeting, the City will present several alternative ideas that will enhance pedestrian amenities, ease traffic flow for both automobiles and bicycles, reduce congestion in the center of the Square, make transit more accessible, and improve
loading conditions for local businesses.
The meeting will review and accept comments on proposals for:
- Three alternative plaza designs
- Green Line Station enhancements
- New roadway layouts
- Bike and pedestrian improvements
All community members are invited to participate, ask questions, and
be involved in the planning process.
