Project Description: Upon the submission of Article 80 Small Project Review Application by the developer, WCI Corporation, the Boston Redevelopment Authority is hosting a Public Meeting to present and discuss the proposed Forest Hills Parcels V & W Redevelopment Project, a 44,300 SF commercial development that consists of 32,300 SF retail/commercial space and 38 parking spaces on Parcel W (43,765 SF), and 1,116 SF commercial space and 20 parking spaces on Parcel V (22,236 SF) (“Proposed Project”) on MBTA’s Parcel V & W in Forest Hill area of Jamaica Plain.
